Harvest Party Volunteer Registration 2024

We need volunteers to fill the positions listed below for our annual Harvest Party! Please sign up through the link provided and make sure to note the time and date associated with the position you choose.

*Please note: Some positions require lifting, as indicated below.

Times and Dates:

Bag Folders: Thursday, October 10th, from 7-9 pm
Candy Bag Fillers: Friday, October 11th, from 10 am-12 pm
Sandbag Fillers & Placers: Friday, October 11th, from 10 am-12 pm
Property Set-up (Must Lift): Friday, October 11th, from 10 am-12 pm
Game Set-Up: Friday, October 11th, from 10 am-12 pm
Candle Lighters: Friday, October 11th, at 6:30 pm
Game Leaders: Friday, October 11th, from 6 pm-8:30 pm
Clean-Up Crew (Must Lift): Friday, October 11th, from 8:30 pm-10 pm
